Field Service Technician
Under direct supervision of the Service Manager, performs new equipment installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repair of BLM GROUP equipment at the customer site. Facilitates timely resolutions to customer issues and/or questions while maintaining a positive client relationship.
Maintenance and Reliability Specialist
Under direct supervision of the Head of Proactive Services and Analytics, performs preventive maintenance of BLM GROUP equipment at the customer sites. Completes necessary procedures as outlined in customer’s maintenance contracts and fulfills related duties. Provides support and recommendations to programmers and operators.
Field Technical Trainer Applications Specialist
Under minimal supervision of the Training Development and Laser Applications Support Manager, the Field Technical Trainer and Applications Specialist, conducts internal and/or external training courses for both customers, or BLM GROUP personnel, and provides direct support to the Laser Applications Support team.
