CF MOTO is a Chinese manufacturer of road motorbikes and ATVs (All-Terrain Veichles), four-wheelers suitable for all terrains, made for recreational or sporting purposes. With a distribution network spanning as many as 70 countries, CF MOTO produces 98 different vehicle models and 51 different types of engines.

The target

In such a context, overall production volumes are high, but individual batches are limited and change quickly: there are many types of chassis, bodies, engines and mechanical components, so that often only a few hundred parts are required for each part and all have to be produced to quality and on time.
